The inelastic forearm strap reinforces the pain-relieving effect of the EpiTrain pads. It is tightened as required on the tensed forearm above the pads using a buckle and then fastened using Velcro. When the muscles are tensed, the strap reinforces the relieving pressure on the tendon insertions, the muscle-tendon junction and along the direction of the muscle fibers. It sticks to the EpiTrain’s knitted fabric thanks to integrated silicone threads.
