Bauerfeind.com offers free economy shipping on all orders within all 50 United States and Puerto Rico, with several upgrade shipping options available. For shipping to AK, HI, or a P.O. box, please select “Free Economy Shipping”. For expediting shipments, please contact customer service at (800) 423-3405. Orders received before 1pm EST ship out same-day to ensure timely arrival.

If you are not satisfied by your purchase for any reason, return your product within 60 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Note: Phlebology products can be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Step 1: Attach your free return shipping label, included in your initial shipment, to your original Bauerfeind cardboard box or any appropriately-sized mailer. If you did not receive the return shipping label, or discarded it, please email our customer service team at returns@bauerfeindusa.com for a new label.

Step 2: Bring your return to any authorized UPS Shipping Center or Drop Box.

Step 3: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product to the original form of payment.

For returns outside the continental United States, AK, HI and Puerto Rico, please contact our dedicated customer service team to email you a free return label.


*All returns must be in original packaging and received in like-new condition. Credits for returns are issued in the original form of payment. Upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded.

You can schedule UPS Simplify Returns to pick up from your home or office.

Bauerfeind is not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.

Bauerfeind USA does not ship to any address outside the United States, this includes to any freight-forwarding service, where the product will be eventually shipped out of the country. If you would like to order Bauerfeind outside of the US, please contact your local area Bauerfeind retailer or distributor.
